One thing has not changed like fresher’s starting salary, that is his day to day activities what he does for the company. “Six promotions in 10 years is not bad. From a Trainee Assistant to Assistant to Sr. Assistant, then Junior Officer, Officer, and then my latest promotion to Sr. Officer a couple of months back. But daily I do the same job what I used to do when I got my first job in personal lending unit,” said Saphal while speaking to Fake It Nepal.
